Experience/Expertise :- More than 15 years in underground coal mine, project management, having vast experience in production of coal by drill & blast technology from underground mine. He has also good exposure in continuous coal-cutting technology by Road Header machines other than drilling and blasting. Expertise in Mine Operation, Well planner on Production and Maintenance with Safety. Also have sound experience in handling IR, Compliance and Administrative activities in the Mining industry. His core expertise is Legal compliance, Industrial dispute, Employee Relations, Risk Management and Local union Management etc.

He has led many prestigious projects as Project Head. His expertise includes looking all over management including Mine Planning, Financial Control, Industrial Relations and liaison with state administration and other enforcing bodies.
