Mr. Bacha Ravinder

Experience/Expertise :- Over 40 years of experience with a strong background in Underground and Opencast Coal Mining with advanced expertise in blasting, mine planning, scheduling and geotechnical procedures as well as experience in bord and pillar workings (Caving, Stowing with SDLs & LHDs, Long wall in blasting gallery etc).

Mr. Ravinder has joined SCCL on 13^th May 1983 and retired on 30^th June 2024 as Dy. General Manager (Coal Mining) and worked in a statutory capacity also. He has led many prestigious projects and experience in implementation of extraction of coal by continuous miner. He is well known for training and managing manpower for production and maintenance with safety.

Mr. Ravinder has also led the internal safety organization of SCCL during his tenure as Area Safety Officer and successfully implemented the safety norms and given training to the mine personnel about mine safety and operation with safety.

Mr. Ravinder is representing and leading our project site at ALP.
