Experience/Expertise :- Over 35 years of experience with a robust background in the field of Project Management and operations of underground coal mining projects and shaft sinking. He has advanced expertise in continuous coal-cutting technology by Continuous Miner, Road Header machines other than drilling and blasting. Expertise in the field of Explosives & Blasting, Supply Chain Management. Proficiency in Coal Block Bidding, Zero based Costing, Coal Block evaluation, Financial Modelling for Coal Blocks, Sensitivity Analysis. Contract Management functions such as MDO Tendering, Negotiation, Contract Administration and Budgeting. Also having experience in the production of coal by development and depillaring with fly ash/sand stowing.
Having vast experience in project planning, site specific equipment selection, procurement, Co-ordination with government officials for technical approvals.
Have acquired hands-on experience in Procurement (Project, CAPEX, OPEX – Equipment, Valves, compressor packages, Raw materials, Pipeline, E&I items), Manufacturing & Mining etc. Import of underground mining machinery package both new and used including spares from India outside.
