Mining projects

“Mining is the process of extracting useful materials from the earth. Some examples of substances that are mined include coal, gold, or iron ore. Currently We are :-

  1. Working as MDO for M/s. Ambuja Cements Ltd (Adani) for Gare Palma IV/8 UG Coal Block at Raigarh District in the state of Chhattisgarh having annual production capacity of 0.50 Million Tonnes via Drilling & blasting technology, mining commenced from 13th October 2021.
  2. Operating 2 Road Headers with a combination of LHD’s at BCCL’s Moonidih Colliery at Dhanbad for the past 5 years.
  3. Ongoing Incline development and Drivage works for Various Organisations by Mechanised (Road Header) and Semi Mechanised method for clients such as WCL, ECL, SCCL, SECL, Adani Power, JMS Mining Pvt Ltd etc.
  4. Air Shaft Development work for WCL (Saoner & Dhakasa) and JMS Mining Pvt Ltd. (Tilaboni, ECL) (75 Meters, 129 Meters, 155 Meters and 220 Meters Respectively).
  5. We have started the Mandla North UG Coal Mines of Dalmia Bharat Cement Limited (DCBL) as MDO for complete Surface infra-Developments and UG Coal Mining. The production shall be done with Mix of Drill and Blast, Road Headers and 2 CM Package. (PRC 1.5 Million Tonnes).
  6. We shall be starting the project for Construction of Portal and Drivage of Incline at Gondkhari UG Mines of Adani Power at Nagpur prior its MDO project.

  • Development of GA and detail Drawings.
  • Construction of Various Civil buildings related to mines like Outdoor Switch Yard, substation, Cap lamp room, rest shelter, canteen etc.
  • Separate hostels for Executives/Engineers and other Staffs, Guest houses, roads.
  • Construction and management of administrative office, VTC, weigh bridges, Mines Rescue room, dispensary, Store, central workshop, QC lab, roads and Culverts, haulage rooms, security post, settling ponds, pump house, large area parking etc.
 
The Underground Mine Operation includes
  • Production of Coal by blasting free (cutting) technology by deploying Road Headers and moving towards Continuous coal cutting by Continuous miner package.
  • Production of Minerals by drilling & blasting method.
  • Development of dip drivage & Preparation of development Panels.
  • Design, engineering, Erection, testing & commissioning and operation of equipment required for mining operations like: surface substations, DG sets, haulages, cap lamps, MMVF, workshop equipment, underground substations, road header, LHD, SDL machines, UDM, Compressors, power pack, hydraulic roof bolting machines, dewatering pumps, face pumps, UG conveyors etc.
  • Strata Monitoring & Anchorage testing
  • Preparation of depillaring panels includes dressing, additional support, cutting drains, preparation of sumps, laying stowing ranges and dewatering pipelines, installation of pumps.
  • Implementation of safety and awareness programs time to time for safe workings in UG mines etc.

  • Production of coal from depillaring panels by stowing method from underground mines.
  • We have done advance roof bolting and other related work in depillaring panels. Our employees have undergone training for entire stowing operations, as we have awarded work order for depillaring work for Gare Palma IV/4 UG mine.
  • Production of Coal by blasting free (cutting) technology by deploying Road Headers and moving towards Continuous coal cutting by Continuous miner package.
  • Production of coal through cutting technology by engaging Road Header (RH) at Moonidih UG mines of BCCL.
  • Making In Seam Drivage by Road Header at ECL, Jhanjra Project.

Installation of UG substation, previously at Gare Palma IV/4 underground coal mines.
 Currently established substation for Gare Palma IV/8 underground mines including its operation
and maintenance.
 Installed all types of pumps including its operation and maintenance for dewatering and allied
activities.
 Construction and maintenance of pump houses for pumping of water to the Mine Site for supply
of water in Mines and allied infrastructure.
 We have certified, qualified & experienced team for smooth operation and maintenance of UG
Coal Mines.

Arrangements for complete mine ventilation by installation of Air Crossing, Ventilation Stopping

& Isolation stopping, Fan conduit, Fan Houses etc for GP IV/4 and GP IV/8 UG Coal Mines.

 Installation and maintenance of MMV and allied activities at GP IV/4 and GP IV/8 UG Coal Mines.

We have strong workforce and qualified engineers having robust experience to execute the job of
erection and commissioning of underground equipments with their accessories after its design and
engineering. The company has executed done a number of technical installations in UG mines.

We have successfully executed the job of installation and commissioning of 33KV Substations with the help of
strong and vast qualification & experience of our engineers and their qualified technical team. Successfully
installed MMV along with its allied accessories for strengthening the underground Mine ventilation at our
projects.
